Sasha Jokic is an inventor and entrepreneur in the field of construction and robotics
.In 2012, Sasha was a co-inventor of the new 3D printing technology under the project called “Mataerial”. In 2014, he had been leading the robotic research project “Minibuilders”, at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia (IaaC). He holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture in Belgrade and a Master’s degree in Advanced Architecture from the IaaC in Barcelona. Sasha has given numerous public lectures at major international meetings on construction robotics. His academic and professional work has been worldwide recognized and featured in leading technology and architecture journals.

My previous construction robotic startup Formdwell was backed by Village Global and Autodesk.

I co-led Mataerial, Minibuilders and FabClay projects at Iaac. Worked as an architect at UNStudio and spun off an e-commerce startup from a family business as a hobby.

In my spare time, I love basketball and reading. Ideally with a strong cup of overpriced coffee.
